We provide the core MUN components for Your MUN Conference:

BACKGROUND GUIDES

We will provide Background Guides for a variety of current MUN topics, including those aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. The quantity will depend on the number of committees and number of days needed for Your MUN Conference. 

CHAIR TRAINING

We will provide pre-conference Chair Certification Training online and a Chairing Script so that your students can step up to this leadership role. They will also be given feedback and coaching before and during Your MUN Conference. 

MUN MATERIALS

We will provide a comprehensive set of MUN materials, including a Country Matrix and a printable Placard Set. We can also provide a Best Delegate-branded delegate preparation guide, certificates, and lapel pins for all your participants. 

PRE-CONFERENCE GUIDANCE

We will provide a full-time Best Delegate staff member to help answer questions on major checkpoints that you would be responsible for leading up to the conference, such as booking venues, marketing and registration, and preparing a logistics plan. 

ON-SITE SUPPORT

We will provide a full-time Best Delegate staff member on-site to help support the conference logistics, and to provide feedback and coaching to your student Secretariat and Chairs. The staff member could also deliver a keynote speech or lead a Parent Open House. 

Get Your Model UN Conference Started

Best Delegate believes the most accessible Model UN Conferences are those right at your students’ own school. We want to empower schools to host world-class MUN experiences, and we can design conferences from two classrooms within a school all the way up to a national conference with thousands of students.

The budget for Your Model UN Conference will depend on the number of MUN committees that we will help provide background guides, chair training, MUN materials, pre-conference guidance, and on-site support. We recommend each committee have around 30-40 students and 3 chairs. The budget starts at:

2-Committee Conference for 1 Day: $1000 plus travel
Additional Committees or Days: $500 each
